About 55 km from us is a place almost suspended in time: the Abbey of San Galgano. This extraordinary roofless Gothic church, immersed in the Maremma countryside, exudes a magnetic charm. Not far away, nestled in a hill, the Rotonda di Montesiepi houses the famous sword in the stone, linked to the legend of the knight Galgano who renounced war to embrace the faith.
