It can accommodate up to five people, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and warm, cosy interior spaces, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Tuscany.

Outside, the house has a private garden overlooking the vineyards, shared only with the other flat on the property. It is equipped with a barbecue, table for outdoor dining and sun loungers, to enjoy relaxing moments under the Tuscan sun or an aperitif at sunset.

The location is perfect for exploring the wonders of the region: Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Pienza, Montalcino and the thermal baths of Rapolano are all within easy reach. Nearby are historic wine cellars where you can enjoy authentic wine-tasting experiences and ideal routes for walks or bike rides through the vineyards.

Parking is easy near the house, thanks to the free space around the property or free white lines about 100 metres away.
