Maremma Regional Park

The wildest Tuscany, a mix of uncontaminated nature and dreamlike panoramas
(130 km from Villa to Sesta)

A few kilometers from our facility lies the Maremma Regional Park, one of the most fascinating protected areas in Tuscany. Also known as the Uccellina Park, this splendid territory offers a unique mix of uncontaminated nature, history and breathtaking views.

Among holm oak forests, centuries-old pine forests, sandy dunes and wild beaches, the park is ideal for those who love walking, cycling or simply relaxing surrounded by nature.

The hiking trails are well marked and suitable for all levels of preparation, some with sea views and others that pass through areas rich in wildlife, such as deer, wild boars, foxes and numerous species of birds.

There is no shortage of references to history: within the park there are ancient watchtowers, Etruscan and Roman remains, as well as the Abbey of San Rabano, a suggestive medieval monastery hidden among the hills.

The Maremma Park is a true gem for those who want to experience the most authentic and wild Tuscany, far from mass tourism. A perfect place to regenerate and discover the most natural side of this splendid region.
